This section applies to retail (consumer) orders placed without a Company ID. Orders placed with a Company ID cannot be modified. If you're a business, please use our wholesale section.

Key Points:

1. These terms govern purchases by consumers under Czech Civil Code §1751.

2. We reserve the right to amend these terms.

3. You can order with or without registering an account—just ensure your details are accurate.

Order Process & Prices:

• Prices include VAT and any related fees.

• You’ll receive an order confirmation email.

• We may request additional confirmation depending on order size or price.

Payment & Delivery:

• You can pay via cash on delivery, bank transfer, GoPay, or card.

• Payment is due at delivery or within 7 days for non-cash orders.

• We may request prepayment for certain orders.

• Discounts cannot be combined.

Returns & Cancellations:

• You have 14 days’ right to withdraw from the purchase, except customization (like engraving).

• Return your order within 14 days at your cost; we'll refund you within 14 days.

• Damages may be deducted from your refund.

Shipping & Inspection:

• Inspect packaging upon receipt and report any visible damage.

• If delivery fails for your reasons, you may be charged for re-shipment.

Warranties & Complaints:

• Warranty terms follow Czech law and our Return Policy.

• Complaints must be submitted to [email protected].

Consumer Dispute Resolution:

• You may refer disputes to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority or use the EU's ODR platform.

Privacy:

• Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy (available on our website).

Applies to B2B orders placed with a valid Company ID. Orders placed without IČO cannot be changed.

Key Points:

1. These wholesale terms apply to entrepreneurs and legal entities; retail orders follow B2C terms.

2. By ordering, you accept these terms.

3. Provide full order details and proof of your business status.

4. Silent orders may not be binding; the contract is finalized upon confirmation or payment.

Delivery & Risk:

• Delivery timing depends on stock and your request.

• The goods are considered delivered when transferred to the carrier.

• Notify us of damaged packaging upon delivery.

Payment:

• Payments via bank transfer (pre- or post-delivery), cash/card on pickup, cash-on-delivery, or GoPay.

• Late payments may incur 0.1% daily interest.

• We can suspend deliveries until payment is completed.

• Invoices issued in CZK or EUR.

Withdrawal from Contract:

• We can cancel the order before delivery.

• Withdrawal by you or us requires written notice.

• Canceling your order may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Damages & Complaints:

• Complaints are handled per our Complaint Policy.

Confidentiality:

• All business-sensitive information is treated as confidential.

Copyright & Website Use:

• All content is protected; unauthorized copying is prohibited.

• We reserve the right to restrict access to users who misuse the website.

Final Provisions

• Czech law applies to all transactions.

• Invalid clauses are replaced by the closest valid alternative.
